I have to go to Urgent Care today (11/24) because I have severe pain, etc. Feels like another UTI. Why do these things always happen on the weekend? Fortunately my husband's 3rd cousin can take me.
Turns out my husband's 2nd cousin's car needs a fan belt; so I won't be able to see him today. Hopefully everything will be fixed by Thanksgiving.
Breakfast - PB&J sandwich
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Chicken stew, 2 servings of mixed veggies, biscuit, peaches
Dessert/Snack - Chocolate chip muffin
Dinner - PB&J sandwich and Fritos
What did you eat yesterday?

Oh, dear. You sure don't need that going on at all. You had a UTI for months earlier this year, that's enough! I hope she can take you early, the sooner you go the sooner you will get help and medical attention. Pain isn't fun.

The pills have kicked in (I took an Azo and a pain pill). Now I just feel sleepy.

What would you do without your husband's cousins? Thankfully they are there for you.

I would be up a creek without a paddle. There's no one else to help.

Gosh. I hope not another UTI. The last one was a doozie for you. Fingers crossed, even though any pain for any reason is no good.
For dinner I made a chicken pineapple teriyaki stir fry of sorts. Cooked up cubed chicken and set that aside. Then I put chopped cabbage, onions and red and yellow bell pepper into the wok. Stir fried that for a bit, then added in a can of drained, crushed pineapple (I made a drink for wifey out of the juice). Then in with some garlic, soy sauce and teriyaki sauce, cooked it a bit more and served it over a bed of hot, white rice.
Good eats!
