Not Having Any Luck

From my limited experience I know car buying is a fraught business. I read that new car prices are so high that it made sense to keep your older car, so that is pushing up used car prices.

Sometimes these situations turn out to be for the best. Good luck with finding a car.

My dad used to buy and sell used cars for his friends, and he said a lot of people wait until tax time to sell used cars themselves because people are getting their tax returns and have more money to spend around that time.

Well, it is winter time and most people would prefer to keep the cars till the winter is over. Post winter , people could think of shifting residence or locations , so the bigger chances of getting a car would be post new year. You could still keep a lookout for good cars and may be be ready to shellout a little more than the planned budget. If it goes beyond another 2 months, perhaps you need to find an alternate plan B. May be you need to find carpooling services for time being or have friends take care of you till the car comes. It is definitely tough without a car. Hope you find the right one. Take care!

We may have to look for a car soon too. Hubby noticed at the dealer there were a bunch of older cars for sale - almost too old to invest in for a used car. Hope you find the right car for you at the right price.
