The Colour of bajra flour and wheat flour are different

Chapatis are very popular in bengal. Bajra flour has a darker colour than the wheat flour in bengal. Bajra flour is most popular in Rajasthan. After Rajasthan it is eaten a lot in bengal. The chapatis look a bit thicker with bajra flour.

I would also lime to eat Chapatis made with Bajra Flour.
However, one rarely gets to eat them.
True that one now also gets Bajra Flour in the Market but all family members need to have willingness to try out a different taste as compared to Wheat Flour.

thanks Prikhaji yes the chapatis made out of bajra flour is also heavy. One is full with 2 chapatis
