Have you experienced working in a toxic environment? Unlucky for me, I did, and I still do. I've been with my present job for more than a decade now but I am contemplating on leaving my job because of the toxic environment. Specifically, the manager keeps on making up stories against me. He is quite jealous but turns the real story upside down. He also wants to take my position to give it to one of our co-employees, who happens to be his "lover". Worst part is, our superiors have taken his side and regards me as the "bad" apple. It has been a stressful year and I know it is time to part ways with them. Wish me success...
