Hot Pad Sunday

United States
November 24, 2024 9:00am CST
Good morning. Well, Friday I went shopping, and iy was really cold. My friend wanted to go early, so I had to go. I seemed ok yesterday, but this morning I had to put on my heating pad, my back was hurting so bad. Already text the lady I ride to with not to pick me up, and gave her my reason..I do so hate cold weather, because everything is triggered by the cold. Hope the heating pad kicks in soon, really not feeling my best today. Hope all is good for you all

We've had a bit of a cold snap, but that seems to be ending as mild weather moves in from the south, though it is stormy. Thankfully I don't have a problem with cold induced pains... yet!

Bless your heart. I have arthritis in my spine, but I imagine yours is worse than mine. I hope the heating pad helps loosen things up for you.

I hope the heating pad helps. I felt tired and I heed a back massage for sure.

I hope the heating pad helps you. Arthritis is the pits. I've got it all through my joints and back.

I hope so too. I used some tiger balm on it. It helped some. Thank you.

Heat sure does help those aches and pains. The cold weather certainly tightens our muscles down. I have started sleeping with a sweater on over my bed clothes and it helps my neck and shoulders a lot.

I'm sorry you're not feeling the best. All our cold weather has gone for the moment.
