Scary Times in The Tech World

Good morning everyone,
I was watching a documentary yesterday on just how creepy AI can be.
For the record, I am not out to slam AI at large.
I have seen/know it certainly can have benefits (like AI surrogate voices being used by those who have lost their natural voices to medical conditions, among other things.)
However, it's important to note that the same tech that can be used to give these people surrogate voices can also be used by bad actors for evil.
AI tech can be abused to make it seem like someone is confessing to a crime when they've actually made no such confession.
Are they advanced enough to be mistaken for the real thing in a court of law? Some are, and that scares the tar out of me.

That's awesome @RasmaSandra
As I said in the post, I wasn't slamming AI at large, but there are definitely aspects of it that frankly terrify me.

AI could be very helpful if used correctly.

I don't like AI either. It's too easy to abuse it. Have a good Thanksgiving..
