Did You Hear Walmarts Warning?

Food has risen straight across the board, anything you make to eat or buy premade, is going to cost more than it did even a few months ago. It's the way of the world these days.

That sounds like not good news

I just figured everything involving a Thanksgiving meal would be going up since inflation has been so bad.

It costs more every year.

We bought what we needed for Thanksgiving dinner already. Groceries certainly are high, but I didn’t notice anything jumping higher in price.

I heard Walmart talking about price increases if there are tariffs imposed, but this Thanksgiving warning

Here the turkey cost less per pound than I have seen it in a while at 88 cents per pound. I got a coupon to use on a ham. Actually my brother makes the meat and we all bring sides. I buy the meat now and use it later on.

No, but then I'm not preparing a large meal, either. If they did, I don't think they were refering to themselves necessarilly, but in general. Food costs on some products are outragous and have been for quite some time.

I seen a warning about next year if he does the tariffs. But not anything about this year

It doesn't matter to me just sorry for the families who want to celebrate Thanksgiving, I have no one to celebrate with and my next grocery order comes at the beginning of December, I will have to be extra careful what I order because the holidays will be upon us. I have decided to send a letter to Santa Claus perhaps if he sees I still believe I will get what I need,

I have not heard that news. Call me a sap but you know what? If you have good company that you like and enjoy, you can open a can of beans and have a great time. Thanksgiving is just too much- too much food, too much snacks and sometimes booze. I guess I am the Grinch before Christmas.

I didn't hear about the news,but I trust the material cost is going up.Many goods seems to become more expensive.
