Back Pain Set Back

I had been doing so good on decluttering, and getting of things I no longer use. But today, I wasn't able to do anything, due to severe back pain. I was able to doze off for a few minutes, but not long enough for the pain to ease. So, now I am sitting in a chair with a hot pad on the painful area. I sure hope it helps. Next time I need to go to the store, it won't be when the weather is cold. Perhaps, my Walmart+may come in handy after all. Going ouf in the is not worth this.

That must be so painful. I was able to declutter a bit more today. I gave away a few things to be given as presents at our Christmas dinner.
