When I got to church today, I saw some tables and chairs set up where we gather after the service, and I thought the other congregation that uses our building may be having a meeting. Then, some of the ladies started coming in with food, and I remembered, "Oh, yeah, we're having a Thanksgiving meal today." The meal was before the service, and it was very good--we had pretty much everything but the turkey. I brought some yummies home with me. I am so full, still--and I very likely won't eat anything else until tomorrow. I got home late (around two?) and I had been invited to come up and see my neighbors' dogs, so I went upstairs and the young man who lives up there and I talked for close to two hours, I think while the dogs were chewing on their bones or whatever. Now I'm finally down here saying hello to you folks. I hope that you have had a great morning/afternoon/evening/etc.
