Let's reach the very depths of shark knowledge shall we? Here are 4 facts about sharks: * The largest shark when fully grown is the whale shark. On average they grow to be between 18 and 32 feet in length. * Although most are carnivores the bonnet head sharks are omnivores. They eat crabs, shrimp, and other small fish and seagrass. * There are 530 species of sharks in our oceans. Each is important in keeping a healthy underwater ecosystem. * A group of sharks(Heaven help us) is known as a shiver. They are also referred to as a school or a frenzy of sharks. * Sharks do not have bones. Their bodies are made of cartilage-like our ears and noses are made of.

They used to use whalebones in corsets, didn't they? I guess they have cartilage too.
