Good night, myLot!

It's 9:01 p.m. by my computer clock, and time for me to head to bed. I could stay up a little later, but I noticed that more and more this evening I keep getting distracted from what I'm doing, so I figured I'd better head to bed before I got distracted later than I wanted to stay up.
Tomorrow I have an appointment to go to, but not until the afternoon. In the morning, I will try to get some more work done on cleaning the catch-all table and the bin I have been putting things from the catch-all table into.
5,015 steps today, and I'll get a few more on the way to my room. Not the goal of 6,000, but there's always tomorrow.

You are pretty close to your goals of 6000 steps. I am sure that you will be better tomorrow.
. I walked for 35 minutes in the morning and did some stretching yoga poses for 15 minutes. I did a brisk walk and I am sure that I would have done enough steps for a day
