Monday and Playtime

Good Monday morning myLot. 
Today I begin my last week of my 2024 vacation. It is a stay & relax vacation. I am staying home, no travel itinerary, just spending quality time with my husband and the twins. I will be able to see our son and daughter-in-law each day of the week also as I will be at their home with my hubs watching the girls.
Our mornings kick off, after breakfast, getting the girls dressed, doing their hair and helping them with brushing their teeth, we head out to playgroup. That is the rest of the morning, we will not return until almost noon. They have alot of fun at it.
Our afternoons will include a walk to the park, and they can play, unless they find it too cold-depending if there is a wind, they live at the foot of the local ski mountain.
We will spend the rest of the day reading, colouring, playing and watching a bit of television-educational of course.
A true break from the usual Monday work that I do. A very welcome break. Enjoy your day today, don't forget to have a little playtime yourself.

Your Monday sounds like it was so much fun, If I lived nearby I would rather spend Monday with all of you than working on my PC, It was a busy day for me, Monday and Friday I blog so today's blogging took all afternoon,

It was a good day today.
It was cloudy and overcast all day long, looking like it could rain.
I decided to take the girls for a walk around the block, and just before we got back home it began to spit rain and then it really came down. They had their little hoods on, so that saved them from getting too wet, but I had each of them by the hand and didn't want to let go to put my hood on, so my hair got wet.
It was a fun adventure.

Sounds like a nice vacation for you and I'm sure the twins are happy to have you spending time with them all week.

Thanks, your day sounds fun. My day will consist of going to Walmart, and packing. I am just going to try to keep pace with the things I have to do today.

Both of the girls were over-tired today, and as a result, they were not on their best behaviour.
Willow was good until mid afternoon, but Harper misbehaved towards the end of playgroup.
Grandpa had to take her aside and speak to her, I spoke to her this afternoon, and I told her that I will not come back tomorrow if she doesn't start being the good girl that I know she is.
