OMG-- It's not bad enough that Rump won another term. Ikes! No, this human wants all parts of government to be run by the will of just one man---Rump! The nominees that Rump has come up with so far for his cabinet are bizarre and even laughable. They are incompetent, self-dealing, have little to no qualifications, with conflicts of interest, and, most have criminal pasts. One backed out due to the threat of having his nasty behavior exposed. Take Dr. Oz for instance. Remember him? The TV guy selling weird health hacks. He owns shares in companies that are questionable at best. One has a malaria drug that he was trying to pass as a cure for COVID. Another is harassing seniors over the phone and trying to get them to drop their present insurance and go with them. He's the guy Rump wants as the administrator of Medicare and Medicaid. Oh, boy! Then we have this new DOGE committee coming on the scene. Marjorie Taylor Greene has been going on about it all last weekend. She says Americans have been spoiled. Elon Musk, another member, says that Americans need to know some hardship. These two and some other guy with a questionable past are going to be choosing where Federal $$ will be going. I, for one, am of the opinion that we have all entered the TWILIGHT ZONE. Crazies coming out of the woodwork. The weirder the better in Rumps world. Read about the autocratic breakthrough below and don't miss the part about the possibility of one of Rump's children coming into office in 2028. Oh, yes! It just keeps getting better- NOT!! So, what do you folks think?

It sounds like you're deeply concerned about the direction things are headed. The notion of concentrated power and the controversial choices for key positions certainly raise valid questions about leadership and governance. Your reference to the "Twilight Zone" captures the surreal and unsettling feeling of watching events unfold that seem at odds with democratic principles.
