Thanks to the teamwork of the Poudre Fire Authority in Colorado and veterinarians with the Colorado State University Teaching Hospital a kitten answered an emergency call from an eyewitness who saw a kitten was found with its head stuck in a hole on Monday November 18.
The kitten was sedated by the veterinarian while the firefighters used a heavy machine used to expand the hole to reach the kitten could be rescued and taken to the NOCO Humane Center in Loveland Colorado to be taken care of.
How did the kitten get stuck in the hole is not known.

I have noticed that since Burt who is a kitten likes to get inside my bedroom and go to where the television set is out of being curious.

Curiosity usually kills the cat involved, but in this case, a successful rescue was made, which is good for the kitten.
