What Kind of Custard Do You Make?

I love the traditional yellow custard, but now that I am not having eggs, it is a bit different tasting for me. However, I have found a way to replace the eggs. I am not much for chocolate custard but I would eat it in a pinch. So what kind do you make or like?

I watched a cooking show last night and they were making meringues/pavlovas with the juice from a can of beans of some sort.

@RebeccasFarm Yes, really. They drained off the beans then beat up the juice.

I don't make custard, but get it from Marks and Spencers or Sainsbury's. I do like the Madagascan vanilla custard they sell.
