Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 32 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 53. Meh. Today is a half day at work. I am just going to show a video since I couldn't find elodea at local pet stores. The students can learn about Typhoid Mary. The time should go quickly and we get to high-tail it out of the building at the same time as the students today instead of having to linger because it is the day before a holiday. The afternoon will be busy as well. I have 3 hours of tutoring. I don't think I've ever done 3 in one day before. I also have to make the heart attack mashed potatoes for tomorrow. I want to make an apple pie but I don't know if I will have the momentum for that after everything else. What's everyone else up to today?

Busy day for you, just heading out of town I wanted today make the pineapple casserole last night p. but I need one more can of pineapple.
