Sweet potatoes that were once considered among the least useful when it came to nutrition have now attained a pretty good plalce.
They have zero cholesterol, are loaded with calcium magnesium and such other health giving nutrients
I even have it for breakfast - just boiled
Sweet potatoes can be eatent in several different ways - boiled, deep cried, and made into dishes that could be had at lunch or dinner

My favorite way to have them is just baked with a bit of butter. Simple, plain, and really good.
