Friends; even after completing my graduation with distinction ; I didn't have the confidence to express myself in English.
One day I saw a English magazine in local library .I read a long article in it.The article was about corruption.It was written in a easy to understand language.
The first English book I went through in a single sitting was "Freedom At Midnight."I still remember it was going to be dawn when I finished it.
Thereafter I read many books containing stories about jungle adventures.All these books were in English.
I began to write in English and try to write more improved.English.
Then one day one of my friends introduced me to mylot.
Since that day I started developing courage to read; write and express myself in English.
I know I still commit many grammatical mistakes while typing a discussion or commenting back to comments here.But mylot is a site where nobody points out my mistakes or ridicules me.
And; I think;that's the best thing about my lot.

@Shivram59 that's great
We all speak Hindi at home too and I bet no one can't speak Hindi fluently like me or you whose native language is not Hindi.

@sjvg1976 I want to learn all Indian languages.All of those are my native language.I'm from Odhisa.I know Oriya.English is a language we are forced to learn.A language is a language.A medium to learn.I want to learn as many Indian languages as possible.But now I have no time for it.I have to deal with many family issues as well as try to earn bread for our families......By the way;what is your native language.
Originally we are from UP.My grandfather migrated here due to some unknown reasons about 100 years ago.
