Rain in winter?

It rains all winter here which is better than snow.

I am no English wizard and you should never take lessons from me. Since this morning is what I would think. I miss words being English and people miss words a lot too. English is very descriptive apparently. We had rain, it gets chilly and did snow in mountains but it still seems off like something is wrong. Like whole weather system feels constrained, not man made just mother nature frustrated.

We had freezing rain last night and the temp overnight was -6 C... But, since this morning, it was sunny and the temp rose to 2C so the ice melted off my car and the street in front of our house. It is again below freezing in my part of the US but it isn't supposed to snow or rain tonight. (And yes, sometimes it rains during the Winter here. As long as it isn't cold enough to freeze while it's raining, rain is fine. Snow is a pain in my tush! I fell on the icy front porch this morning and bruised my right hip... )

Since morning is correct. We get rain if it's above freezing. Right now it's below freezing and snowing. It's been snowing for more than a day. Have a good weekend.

It's foggy and rainy here during the winter. Warm sunshine is mostly for Spring and summer and sometimes Autumn at my house.

it will in 2 days and it did a few days ago. combined with colder temperature and wind, it's not something i enjoy
