Will have my early dinner in a bit

It is nearly 4 in the afternoon, and I will be having an early dinner. In fact, I usually eat dinner early nearly every day because I don’t want to go to bed feeling too full. In addition, I drink four cups of tea after my meal, and I prefer not to wake up in the middle of the night because of a full bladder. I want to eliminate everything I've consumed so that I can sleep without interruptions. LOL
For dinner, I will be having chicken tinola, which is a leftover from lunch. It’s a Filipino dish that many people consider their ultimate comfort food. I looked up a translation for chicken tinola, and it said chicken soup or stew, but I’m not sure if that’s an exact translation. I added some ginger, papaya, chili leaves, and other ingredients, to the dish. Do you like having early dinners?

Yes, that is usually when I have dinner. I prefer not to feel full before going to bed. Hehe. I'm glad you enjoy drinking tea.

I agree with you about early dinner, but here ppl usually go sleep late,so we don't have dinner early. If we eat early, easy get hungry at night.I support your dinner style.

I see. Yes, most people sleep late so there is no reason for them to have an early dinner.

I miss tinola. But I have no choice than to cook a different dish.
I am used to adding sayote instead of papaya when I moved to Pampanga.
