Hello mylot friends! I have gone for how many days because i'm still facing my phone issue that is not charging properly. Maybe i need to find another alternative phone because it's too costy having a mobile data for my cellphone. I'm really sad right now guys that i can't do anything to bring back the phone just to charge it properly. I have a lot of work to do like selling in the store , pay mobile data for my phone and a little part time work online. Have a great day guys! :)

Have you tried using a toothpick or compressed air to clean the charging port? That's usually the problem if the battery isn't just old.

Who is your network provider? And do you have a postpaid plan or a prepaid one? Just wondering if your network will be able to help you with the phone issues.
Hopefully you get it fixed the soonest so as to avoid any further disruption. It sounds like you also use it for business or work.

I have prepaid plan for my phone. I had bought a new cellphone for my business and personal use like i'm updating in my facebook posts and i want to see my messenger if i have important messages that i've need to read.

Maybe you can try another charger. Sometimes a different charger or plugged directly into the wall can make a difference
