I do not really have one, but someone in our school has assigned us each a day to bring snacks for the staff lounge. Unless it is a financial hardship. For me it is more a mental and time hardship, but I decided on something easy. It is called "ranch crackers". Basically it is oyster crackers toasted with a little oil in the oven. You season them with a packet of ranch dressing plus dill, lemon pepper and garlic. If I were going to do anything hard it would be something for my family. Christmas feasting and fun begins this week, hurray!!

Well, mine's on a sweeter side. Basically you mix a chocolate jello packet into a cool whip. Topo it with some chocolate chips, refrigerate it and you have a really quick and easy choco pudding. For something savory, I would always go for air fried wonton wrappers, cut into traingles. Then you can season them however you want, depending on what you're in the mood for.

@GardenGerty That is if you don't mind a bit of cooking and preparation. If I have the time I just make those in batches.

@Raine38 Do they keep well? Or does everyone gobble them up quickly?

I was actually intending to just buy a big container of mixed nuts, but those things are expensive.

Weight watchers have some fluff recipes mixed with instant vanilla or cheesecake pudding that are really good.

Those sound like nice desserts. Did you know you can make a great cake frosting with sugar free pudding and cream cheese?

@GardenGerty No, but it sounds like one I would like. I like the sugar free cake made with diet soda.
