Hey there, everyone. I know, it’s been a while, but I had no plans to post over the weekend. I prefer to post on my laptop, and I didn’t feel like sitting at my laptop, so no posts from me lol. But I’m here now, and I hope everyone is doing well. Here’s what my last few days looked like: Wednesday: I finished up another writing project, watched Growing Pains (an old sitcom) on PlutoTV, and went to bed. Thursday (Thanksgiving): My younger sister picked me up, and we drove to the coffee shop. We would’ve walked if the weather didn’t suck, but oh well. Anywho, I ordered a bagel and hot coffee (my sister didn’t want anything) and waited to watch the parade! My niece was working, and our friend was getting the parade loaded on a projector, which was a success! I saw Joey McIntyre (of New Kids On The Block) perform! :D I also saw the Snoopy and Woodstock floats, and for me, it’s not Thanksgiving until I do haha. Our brother-in-law came up for a few minutes, and our other niece eventually joined us. We left around 11:30ish -after our niece got off work- so I finished the parade at home. At home, I put out the cheese, crackers, and pepperoni, and people dug into that throughout the afternoon. Shortly after the parade, I watched Garfield’s Thanksgiving and took a nap. I was tired; we got to the coffee shop shortly after 8:30 am. The rest of the day consisted of eating, napping, and relaxing. I eventually went to bed, but I can’t remember what time lol. As I’ve said before, Thanksgiving is pretty laid back in my house. Friday: My best friend and I went to the gym in the morning. We walked the treadmill for a little over a half hour. Then, we hit up the mall, Five Below, and Walmart, and I can’t remember if we went anywhere else. Oh, TJ Maxx and a convenience store (I needed a warm beverage). I didn’t really care about the crowds; I needed to get dog food, and I wasn’t waiting for it to be delivered, so. She eventually dropped me off, and I don’t think I did much else for the rest of the day. My nieces decorated the tree though. :) Saturday: I didn’t really do anything. It was a lazy day. Sunday: My best friend and I went to the gym again. It was a last-minute decision. I needed caffeine after, so I ordered us Dunkin afterward. Then, we picked Little Mister up from his Aunt’s house and took him to see a holiday train garden at some mall (I’ve never heard of or been to this mall before). It was really cute.:) I did snap some pictures, but I haven’t gone through them yet. We went to Target after, where I grabbed some stuff for my lunches for the week, and then she dropped me off. I started filling out Christmas cards and just relaxed. And now, here I am, back at the writing. It’s slow on one website, so I’m working on a project for a client elsewhere. I just wanted to post this before I chanted my mind out of laziness lol. I’m gonna get back to work though. You all have a good week, stay safe, and take care. :) Photo Credit: Pixabay.
