Thanks to the actions of the San Diego United States Coast Guard (USCG) who answered an emergency call from the crew of the Holland America Cruise ship called "Koningsdam' where a 66 years old woman has symptoms of having a stroke on Friday morning as the ship was in the Pacific Ocean which was 280 miles south of the U S-Mexico maritime boundary.
Teamwork from the USCG San Diego and USCG Sacramento came to the cruise ship with the Sacramento crew used communications to the San Diego crew managed to get the woman aboard a helicopter and take her to the Scripps Memorial hospital in La Jolla California where she is in stable condition.

That is true since having a heart attack or a stroke aboard a cruise ship is terrible.

That sounds a very expensive exercise, and I hope that that lady had health insurance, or she might be hit with a very large bill, indeed.
