the only things i'm doing is - getting enough sleep, drinking enough water, eating healthy (most of the time) and avoiding social media. i think it's important to make time for yourself when one is too busy, but i'm currently not
physical activity is important, but i currently don't do much about it.
when sick - ginger, lemon and garlic are the first remedies i try to feel better
