I eat a good breakfast and go for a half hour walk every morning. Than later I go for a second half hour walk.

That's a fantastic routine! Walking twice a day is great for both physical and mental health. Combined with a good breakfast, it must set a positive tone for your day.

Music works for me...I love the puja ritual too, but I suspect it is because of the offering and dhoop scent. Whatever...they encourage me to finish my bath at the earliest to enjoy that period.

the only things i'm doing is - getting enough sleep, drinking enough water, eating healthy (most of the time) and avoiding social media. i think it's important to make time for yourself when one is too busy, but i'm currently not physical activity is important, but i currently don't do much about it. when sick - ginger, lemon and garlic are the first remedies i try to feel better
