So many persons with degrees and masters in call centres or teaching. They deserve more salaries based on their qualifications. Was it really worth it to spent so much money to be lawyer, doctor and engineer when so many places are outsourcing. When they go for interviews and they see their resumes, they say they are over qualified. Is it really worth it?

That is a hard one for me. I think it depends on what one wants to do in life - some would find value in obtaining formal, higher education. Then again some will find themselves doing something that does not really require any degree. I would say those who end up doing things that they love, gets paid and makes a career out of it, whether they went to school for it are not, are very fortunate. I am not in such situation, but I have learned to accept and like what I do. After all, it helps pay the bills!

or some are unemployed or do the jobs that are meant for someone with high school degree. coming from someone with a masters degree, it wasn't worth it, sadly.

this is the sad reality now. Sometimes, they will tell the applicant they are overqualified due to their educational background even though they lack work experience in call centers or teaching.

Being qualified or highly educated is not important. The most important in life is learning how to be civilized; honest and self dependent.I know many people who are very qualified; but are jobless. Most of them are not self dependent.
