Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 40 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. It isn't going to get much warmer today.
I woke up before the alarm today after going to bed early last night. I need to get into work a bit earlier than usual to print some stuff out for a parent conference this morning. I can't wait to get this over with.
I will be busy finishing the lecture on photosynthesis in my classes so the day should go by quickly. I don't have any tutoring this afternoon which will be a nice change.
What's everyone else up to today?

My son had an important medical appointment scheduled today. After a tiny dab of sleep, I got ready to take him there, and they called and changed it to tomorrow, the doctor was stuck in surgery. I know those things happen, but it took such an effort to get ready, get him lined up for it, etc...I wanted to cry. But hey, it's life, can't be helped.

I spent a good part of yesterday under a blanket with my eyes closed. I actually fell asleep a couple of times. I needed that rest. I hope the conference went well. Have a good weekend.
