Control and maintain but what's the cause?

The last twelve months I've met with many doctors, all new people. My doctor's all have retired, unfortunately, and only one has truly helped. So.... Let's start at the beginning. I worked in the public, at a high stress job, where COVID, flu, and stomach viruses were a daily challenge, even in the summer. I was sick A Lot! I started bruising easily, coughing always tired. I had pneumonia stayed in the hospital a couple days, I have to say that was the worst, I worked 50 hours a week sick. Cause? I didn't take care of me. Next I had the flu but still had to work.Went to the Emergency room, they got my fever down, came woke me telling me I had a tear in my heart and I would die if I didn't have open heart surgery. I walked out! I came home, took a shower and went to work. My family was concerned and practically made me see a heart doctor, which said " if you had bleeding in the heart you' d be dead but lets check it out, after to many tests, nothing is wrong with my heart! Duh! So, me being me, I did research of "why" I was having all these illnesses. I found out and fixed myself, instead of taking six prescriptions that controlled a problem and had side effects that messed up something else. Vitamin diffencey! I started taking my vitamins again and it's almost unbelievable the turn around of my health. I'm not bruising anymore, I can breathe, no more high- low sugar levels, no more up and down blood pressure, and the best...no more catching every head cold and respiratory infection. I urge everyone to have a vitamin diffencey test if you don't do your own research, it's life changing.

Yes Mam Angie..glad you did your own research..so many people listen to docs and have catastrophic life changing surgeries for no reason. What vitamins are you taking now and for what?

You went through a lot. But good, you were smart enough to check it out yourself. Happy you are here, and shared that with us. Going to take my vitamin now, I missed yesterday.

Doctors don't know it all, they best they can do is take an educated guess. Glad this is working so well for you.

@andriaperry That's the one good thing about internet. You can do your own research. All things should still be taken with a grain of salt. People starting to lie and make up crap that suits their world views over cold hard facts. That being said, there is still a lot of good info people can learn that is not biased, politically motivated or paycheck motivated. The first thing the Marines do, not sure if it is your problem or was is they do a blood test. Navy Docs testing Marines. They drop something in your blood right in front of you. Its supposed to sink. It is to make sure everyone is getting enough iron and potassium in your diet. Marines will do physical things and you are going to get bruised up. The lady behind me floated. He does it again to show her. Look, yours floats, his sinks. Its nothing big. Eat some banana's and you will be fine. It it is like this you will bruise or even break bones and can cause nose bleeds and stuff. Marines, do not mess around. They march so much people break their feet just from marching so much. That's why they do those tests.

@andriaperry Indeed, always was impressed with the Navy Docs, became good friends with a couple. We talked a lot of crap about each others branches, they usually won because rock headed marines, and was always so funny. Why Marines never tell it to their face, they know they right?

I'm sorry you have had such a rough road. It is very difficult to find decent doctors and doctors who care.

If only people would do their own research instead of depending on doctors only. We have been taking vitamins for a while now and we are hardly ever sick.

When I stopped taking my vitamins, things got messed up, I know the last time I had the flu was 20 years ago so that proved to me I was doing right. Vitamins are on my daily list again.
