I just finished eating dinner, even though it is only 3 in the afternoon here. I cooked fish using my air fryer and paired it with some kimchi. For dessert, I had mango sticky rice, which I bought this morning. I went to the wet market to buy fish and stopped by a store that sells mango sticky rice for $2. If I’m not mistaken, mango sticky rice originates from Thailand. It tastes quite authentic, but I believe it could still be improved. Have you ever had a mango sticky rice before?

The sauce they used seems to be made with coconut milk and sugar, but it could use a little more sweetness. However, I don't mind this since I prefer desserts that aren't overly sweet. Haha. Maybe a little more sugar will do.
