Hello to you. How are you? I've been unwell but nothing serious, just some sort of winter bug. I don't have time to be ill I've got things happening in my volunteering role. As I'm sure you can imagine, this time is busy for theatres with pantomimes and Christmas events. Last week, I went to see the show my son was in. That was not at the place I volunteer, it was at a different entertainment venue nearby. The show was very silly. It was a silly version of A Christmas Carol. My son played a couple of minor characters but his main part was that of Jacob Marley's ghost. I was laughing so much at him that my eyes leaked! We've done other bits and bobs, and we've got a couple of family birthdays to celebrate this month. I've got Christmas gifts sorted. We now just need to plan getting them to where they need to go. I was going to say something about something else but I got distracted. I am also working so I'll say goodbye for now as I'm not as good at multi-tasking than I used to be. If I remember, I'll pop back to read some other discussions later. I've been forgetful, though, so I'm not expecting much of myself currently Hope you are all well. What's happening? Smell you later

It has been interesting so far. Watching your kid in a play really depends on the kid and the play My youngest is 19. He's wanted to be an actor since forever. He's even made people actually want to watch school nativity plays

@aureategloom I always have done and always will. He's done lots of amateur shows. He had an audition for a BBC show. Sadly, he didn't get it but he did well to get as far as he did. His one professional job was a monster in a Halloween maze that was done in a field local to us

I hope you're feeling better. I should be able to see my husband tomorrow. The weather looks like it will be chilly but no s**w or rain. Have a good weekend.
