Actually, I was taking a survey and they started discussing this. It is a Russian version of Youtube, which is similar to the Youtube we all know and love, but of course is broadcast in Russian and not without its political commentary and so forth. Of course when I learned about it I had to take a look. I hope that doesn't put me on a list..who knows? Anyway, when my son lived in Northern Virginia, he had some kind of RUssiancable channel on TV he watched. He was broadcast in English though, aimed at those of Russian descent who lived here.

Do not worry America will soon have a new version of Youtube too and it will probably put us on the list too if speak bad about it. See you tube has all points of view and soon that will not be welcome in America either. We must all think alike to get along. Damn I grew cynical in my 48 years on this rock.

Who knows what the future holds, especially if AI gains the upper hand over humans?

@snowy22315 That is definitely true and the most powerful are programing AI. I see AI being perfectly neutral for all.

What use is it if it is not available globally?

I think it is available globally, I was able to get onto it. Besides it is broadcast in Russian. It is of obvious use to them.

Interesting. I don't think I would trust such channels because the could be recording me online and such.

I had not heard about rutube. I might look at it. I only know maybe 10 words in Russian so I would not understand it.

I didn't honestly spend that long on the site. I didn't want to be"scrutinized." It has alot of content.
