Keep yourself hydrated

It is difficult to believe what happens to our system when there is dehydration.
The symptoms that can worry us are muscle pain, palipitation, heavy head, giddines, cramps, nausea, UTI............
We tend to attribute all these symptoms to other health issues. But before jnumping to conclusions we should first dehydrate ourselves and see if those symptoms disappear and most often than not they do

Seems like the world seems chronically dehydraded. Being full on the other hand feels equally uncomfortable. It's one hell of a balancing act.

All those symptoms are related to serious illnesses as well It is better therefore to first hydrate ourselves and if they still persist then they call for further diagnosis

many sources suggest that people need to hydrate more, i'm glad that we're finally paying more attention to it.

I find it hard to drink so much water. Every now and again I have a Coke.
