Baby Face.

This is my Sister-in-law's son, my nephew Carlo. He is 26. And the boy is his nephew. He is 3 years old. But look at them, Riley (the boy) is more than half of his height already. These two boys both posseses baby face although the younger is still a baby.
Carlo cannot go to drink alcohol at a bar or outside without being asked of his age.

Carlo looks younger than his actual age, which is why people often ask him how old he is before he enters the bar.
