Anybody familiar with this logo?

It's a logo from a new social media created by the former CEO of twitter. Twitter had a bird, this one, a butterfly. Same blue color.
So it's been a week since I've joined it and three men had already sent me a direct message. Two older guys from Florida and a young man from South Korea. So, I'm suddenly wondering if Bluesky is a dating social media app coz these guys were searching for their special someones.
Nothing in my bio says that I am in need of a man. My posts were mostly my crochet work. No selfies. A photo of Daniel and a cow.

@toniganzon If the platform gets bigger, there will be trolls. It's inevitable regardless how well one tries to police it.

Hmmm. I did not know that a former CEO of Twitter (now X) has created a new platform.
The logo reminds me of the old 25 cents.

I have not seen a single filipino there at all. Most are from the US.

@toniganzon Ah, I can understand that. I only use Facebook, so I keep that strictly private. But I get it when it comes to a group of like minded folks - like artists - good to connect with them online. Was IG different before FB acquired it?

I remember when Instagram first started. I was very friendly to all users and they were quite friendly too. They were artists. I don't close my doors easily to strangers until they show me a reason why I had to. Unfortunately, those artists left IG when Facebook bought it.

My son is enjoying being an engineering student though he hardly sleeps at all. My fur babies are as happy as always. Yuki is as naughty as ever and Danny still very affectionate.

@rakski I switched to thread actually. X is so toxic. I hardly opened it but I'm keeping that app. I love interacting with the crochet community in threads and I was hoping that Bluesky is the same. But since it's fairly new, I guess not too many people yet with the same interest as me.

i haven't heard of it, but i liked twitter logo better.
don't worry about men - maybe they just want to talk, they want company. unless they're creepy, then block them. they text on any platform.

It's actually a much better platform than twitter. I just don't understand why those guys exist there when they're not supposed to.

I haven't encountered any Filipino there at all. Majority of the people there are from the US. I'm on Threads these days. I feel safer there with the crochet community.
