What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us! I'm having roasted salmon with blackening seasoning. To go with it I'm having brown rice and homemade creamed spinach. It should be an easy and tasty meal. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know! P.S. If our beloved Fredo were still with us he would be having fish and a green vegetable tonight with his husband Mike.

I miss creamed spinach, I never made it myself but enjoyed the Birds Eye frozen kind but cannot find that anymore, I made a cheeseburger for myself enclosing American cheese into the burger and had seasoned fries,

I had a party with colleagues at a brewery. Lasted late night . There was booze and food. Had lot of starters and then managed to have main course. I could not go for desserts as I was full whereas some of them even had desserts. I did not overeat as I had to drive for an hour. We had corn balls , veg platter , veg pizza and crispy veg items. After a long gap , thi was the first time going for a party. Enjoyed teh time with others and I believe I have consumed thing that should keep me full stomach till atleast midnight. Good to know your dinner for teh daya nd hope you enjoyed. Well, have a nice day ahead!
