A playground park sunset today?

It's 7 pm and the sun showed no signs of setting as my little daughter played in the park. I loved the look of the park bench against the sun as it started dipping lower. Sunsets are taking forever now in summer - it's 8.30 pm and still so bright!

It sounds like you're having a beautiful summer evening! It's always magical when the sun lingers longer, giving you extra daylight to enjoy time outdoors. The way the light hits the park bench must have been such a peaceful sight. Summer evenings like these can really make you appreciate the slower moments. Hopefully, the extended daylight lets you and your daughter make the most of your time together before the sun finally dips below the horizon! Enjoy the rest of your evening!

The sun sets at 4:30pm here and in the summer season it sets at about 6:30.

It gets dark here at 5 pm now. I hate this time of year. Have a good day.
