Wow A Battery Operated Airplane

United States

I'm looking at the Today Show, and they are featuring a battery operated plane. Can you imagine a an airplane run by batteries. Tech is yet on the move. Me personally, I have flown before, and didn't care for it. I would like your opinion on battery operated airplanes. Something to think about.

I think they would have to be very big batteries but people come up with these ideas all the time.

Yeah, they do, but that is too far fetched for me.

I would definitely have to know more about it before trusting it for myself. I definitely wouldn’t volunteer to be among the first.

I have been on several flights and doubt if I will ever fly now. No bother then if they are battery operated.

I will wait a while before getting on a plane that is battery powered.

Not something I'd climb aboard. The tech still has a ways to go, me thinks, especially the battery power to weight ratio

I think it would have to be common tech before I thought about flying that way.

Ahh, but when the battery is low, while in flight, where are the charging stations?

I would be very reluctant to fly in a battery-operated plan. I don't like flying in big planes as it is. Have a good day.

Battery operated toy planes are available here also.My sister wants to buy it. But I don't know if it is too costly.
