Being sensitive is a curse and also not easy. What do you think?:/

Are you a sensitive person? Over all things, over some things or in general?
If you are, you're not the only one. I sometimes look at people who aren't stressing out for real or they are pretending that all is fine but, some of us are just not like one of them yet we wish we were.
Watching many documentaries about nature, me and nature will get along just great but with people and constant bad changes in our environment, it's hard not to be sensitive.
What do you think?
P.s. an online photo, that speaks to me.

I know I am sensitive, but I don't necessarily show it. These days, I am really trying to find ways to deal with my inner stress . . . finding calm and deep breathing . . . that I can't control others, but I can control how I react to things. It takes a while for it to sink in, but it helps.

@grenery8 They do say that when you react on either end of the emotional scale, good or bad, it makes a chemical in change in you. Of course it was better when it is a good reaction, which you and I know isn't always the case. But yes, progress is good . . . and we try to keep going in that direction.

I am sensitive but at times you have to wave off stress for your own well being.

@grenery8 You can't be sensitive to people who try to harm you.

I think it is not a curse, it is normal, but to act on it is kinda not a good response. I mean I am a very sensitive person, that is why I really don't mingle with a lot of people I really don't know much... but one thing I've learned is that to master my emotions, and always thinks first and analyze if there is an eternal value if someone smirk or rejected me face to face. I got a lot of those, but as I analyze it, those people are kinda pitiful because in truth they are the one who are rejected by families and friends that they really want to be acknowledge but turn out that they are being cast out, or it turns out that they are the slow and lesser in the family. I feel sad for them.
'But anyway my sensitivity most of the time gets me, but as I grow older, God is really firm in reminding me that I should master it, because the only thing that matter is His opinion towards me. I don't just brush off those mean people towards me, I just tell God that I forgave them, and please forgive me and set me free from the bad feeling that I felt everytime those people saw me and just look at me from head to toe... Mind you some of those are my relatives. I don't really get them. But anyway, their lack of manners is already pitiful so let's just be understanding super understanding.. They got llittle of love and understanding something to be pitied for.

I think most everyone finds something that they are sensitive to. People can cause one to anger through what they say or their actions. When someone does something that makes no rational sense to me it gets to me, especially if they are self-absorbed or inconsiderate.
