admit it, i inspired you to post this
i'm usually home alone all day and i rarely have any real meals. i eat some chocolate with my morning coffee and snack on almonds and other nuts. my first "real meal" is around 6pm when my husband comes home from work. and that's all i eat in the day
when we're together, we have brunch around 12-1pm and then we eat again around 5-6pm

yeah. The previous post was confusing to people who were reading it so decided to keep something generalized and not reveal much personal details

It really just depends on the day. My breakfast today was around 6:30am, lunch was around noon, and dinner I ate around 6pm. The only consistent thing I do with my meals is eating breakfast early. I just don’t sleep very long, and if I’m up in the morning I’ll get hungry quickly.

@Dreamerby Is that considered early? I know people who eat more like at 5pm. I get to sleep probably around 10:30 or so in most cases. How about you?

It's good to have a fixed meal schedule to keep ourselves healthy. However this is not possible for most professionals in India now.

I eat only once a day. No breakfast; no lunch; only a cup of tea is sufficient for me. I take my dinner at 9 p.m. And just before sleeping a glass of hot;sweet cow milk mixed with honey.I'm fit.

My last meal of the day is at 6 am when I take my meds. (I have to eat something or the meds can make me have an upset stomach. An upset stomach will keep me awake.) I eat again at 6 pm when I take my evening meds and then again sometime between midnight and 2 am. We try to keep mealtimes regular.

@Dreamerby It depends on what we feel like eating. Usually a sandwich or pasta.

I eat a protein bar some time in the morning. Meals on Wheels comes around 11:15 am for lunch; and I have dinner when I feel hungry. Have a good day.
