The side hustle is strong

I mentioned it in an earlier post but I just shared how much extra $$ I earned this week through class coverages at work and virtual tutoring after work. $560 this week. The morale at work is so low that people take off all the time because they just don't want to be there. It is difficult to get subs at $100/day so the secretary in charge of it all winds up having to ask teachers if they want to cover classes during their off periods. I take everything that is offered. Gym? Sure. In school suspension? Sure. Cafeteria duty? Sure. That's how you stay in her good graces so she always thinks of me when she needs a coverage when I'm off. The virtual homebound tutoring is easy enough. I sit here in my sweatpants with the cats talking about science. I can handle that especially since I would be here at the computer anyway. The secretaries at all 3 high schools have me on speed-email when they need someone for a subject I am qualified for. I of course will be contributing to the Christmas gift fund for the secretaries. I will also be baking them something delicious this upcoming week.

They should be more excited for whatever you bake them than anything else.

Oh glad to hear you’re hustling well. I am quite jealous as I am off work for this Christmas season and cannot take overtimes. I am doing side hustle as a facebook creator but that only earned me 12£ this month not as lucrative as substitute teaching. Happy Christmas to you my friend.
