So nice to have leftovers

Hubby had made himself a "tamale casserole" one day last week, and ate all he wanted at the time. Honestly enough almost to make him sick. I had chili that I got out of the freezer. We ate some, then the rest sat waiting. So tonight we have wonderful leftovers, full of flavor. Garnished with chopped onions, sour cream and shredded sharp cheddar cheese. We are warmed to the core. I wish all meals were that easy.
