In your life you might think no one cares about you. But that is not true. When you were a child there was always family members plus your parents who care about you.
As you grew up there was some friends that were there for you and cared about you.
Now that you are grown and an adult. There is always someone who loves and cares about you. The love might be different but the caring part is always there.

it is important that we also learn to love ourselves and others and that we're grateful for what we have. and also... i don't really agree with you about the last part. because i feel like there are many people in this world who are truly alone and all by themselves. of course, God is with all of us, but a lot of people lose faith because of all bad experiences they had in life...

Some people say nobody cares about them maybe because they're expecting a different kind of care than what is actually being given to them.

@jstory07 Right, people also have different ways of showing they care. Some people aren't vocal enough or even showy enough. But in their own way, they do care.

@Dreamerby Not all of our friends will do but I hope there is at least one who can truly care

@Dreamerby Sometimes strangers will help more than family.

but can we rely on them in times of need? Excepts parents I don't think anyone will actually help.

I met with a minor accident many years ago. A whole bunch of auto drivers, people I never knew, never helped, and would never see nor reward stepped forward to help me. When I was young and very weak...I fainted in public transport buses...everybody helped me then too. The divine finds ways to help. Hope my heart is never arrogant to dismiss it as coincidence or something even I would do.

What a sweet and profound observation Judy!!!
We have many gods. I find people praying to them, literally rattling prayers without understanding what each word means, as if they were reading out math tables.
Then, they don't care for parents or siblings or friends....who have been there for them when they could, and cannot now because of their inabilities.
Why don't we see god in this visible and perceivable form, instead of searching for god in pictures that are from somebody else's imagination. After all, nobody really saw god, right?

You are right. You are never alone. There is always someone who cares for you. I have experienced it in my own life. Sometimes even strangers come to help you.

True. I do believe the spirits of our well wishers and God always acre for you whenever possible. Now , i could be bashed because what I mentioned is irrational. For a person who has lost parents and siblings , this is one way to console self. I do many friends and others who care about me. They are big part of my life and then there are some who would care for me for a certain stage of my life , perhaps while I am working there or being associated with them. To be loved and cared is a great fortunate thing - whether it is from your soul mate , friends or parents or grandparents or others for that matter. I had that fortune and believe I still do have the fortune. Have a wonderful weekend!
