Today I had brinjal pora with rice

Brinjal in bengal is roasted and converted into pulp called pora. Brinjal is called begun in bengali. It is then mixed with onions and chillies. The dish is eaten with rice. It is really a delicious food. It also adds appetite.

I mostly steer clear of food with chillies in it but I know many people would love this.
