Crazy weather in Northern California! Is that really a funnel cloud?

I am sitting my desk. The rain is pouring down. The wind is blowing hard, and my redwood tree is trying not to sway. If I were still living in Iowa, I would be looking for a funnel cloud out my other window. I hope my snow pea and tomato pla nts are happy. My succulents look nice and green. How is the weather where you live?

@snowy22315 Turns out I was right about the tornado thing. A tornado touched down in Coastal Northern California, and San Francisco (I believe) had its first ever tornado watch/warning.

I woke up this morning to rain. It rained hard and fast, enough for me to hear it on the bedroom window. Ground is wet outside, I could tell when a car drove by. It's warm-ish but typical december weather in Florida.

@TheHorse SSometimes. We get a cople a year I think. Its rare, but we get at least one freeze and one hard freeze a year. rarely do we get a year where that doesn't happen. Some years we can ge five to ten a year.

Warming up, comparatively speaking. I was watching a live feed of “storm chasers” in the winter storm warning elsewhere in California. Then there’s an ice storm in Iowa. So I’m very blessed with sunny and 42.
