Rabbit fur coat

When our granddaughter Kristin was in kindergarten, we gave her a very pretty little white rabbit fur jacket.
Dale picked her up from school one winter afternoon and she didn't have the jacket on.
He asked her why she wasn't wearing it and she said, "Papa, do you know how many bunny rabbits had to die to make this coat?"
She never wore it again.
PS Please forgive me if I previously wrote about this. You know how old people are, lol.

I've never been especially fond of fur coats. Thankfully I only need a coat once in a while. I love to buy coats and cute jackets, I just don't like to wear them!

We never did learn how she believed that, but that was the end of her cute little coat.
