Sleep.

For the past two to three days I was not able to sleep well. Having 3-4 hours of sleep did not give me energy nor right concentration to do much. Having 30 minutes nap did not help. The reason I felt I'm so sluggish in everything including mylot.
Last night I made sure to sleep longer and overall I am able to sleep a good seven hours, I feel much better now.
How are you all doing?

I'm doing as much as possible.You must have 8 hours sleep.Adequate sleep us essential for our physical and mental health.

@rakski Agree.If you are very busy and can't avoid doing something necessary; you can't have adequate sleep.

i'm glad you got some better sleep. i was decided to take melatonin on full moon because i noticed that i have a bad sleep on these nights.
