A few things I am thinking about today.
I keep thinking about Trump and his "Make America Great Again" BS. Pure and simple as it is. It still slays every time I think of it: He is choosing his cabinet of richy rich. Billionaires who have no inkling as to what the poor and uneducated of the country really need. What a joke!
I got this weird letter from SS saying my daughter had quit getting blah, blah, blah because she went back to work. Ah, no. That didn't happen. I am my daughter's payee so I called Medicare, Social Security, and Medicaid and none had any issues. Somebody punched in the wrong social. You know the issue that would build up if it had been my daughter making the mistake.
The weather has been so screwy lately. Today it is windy and acts like autumn. It has been grey and ugly out for a couple of weeks. Will it snow for Christmas? I don't care. I am depressed and tired. I need George Carlin.

My mood has not been good since I made the decision to put my husband in long term care. I hope you're feeling better and can have a good day.

I lost a chunck of my social security because someone didn't know how to do their job. Years after my mother passed, they took money back due to over payment claims. I tried to appea l it, but yeah didn't work. I'd keep an eye on that, because you know how they are. They might not know anything now, but that can change.

And there are some possible changes down the line with Trump coming into office. I hope the guy he wants to head Social Security isn't confirmed. He is such a ditz.

In a kind of funk today because it rained all day, I got info from SS that a little bit will be added to my SS in January, As they say every little bit helps,

We had rain last night. The wind even looks cold. Yes, I got that same letter and it told me I'd get 2.4% in January. Almost enough to by a grocery item or two.

I'm glad you had the punch to clear that mess up with your daughter. You're right about the weather. The grass here is green enough to mow. Today I have my not so nice sister to think about. She really pulled a good one and is not allowed in my house any longer. She says she will be in town tonight for a play- can she drop off a box of my Mom's journals and some photo albums?? I am not looking forward to the moment she gets here- I told her to put it behind my car by the curb. I am debating whether I will go out there when she is here.

That darned sister of yours. I thought you were saying she needed a place to stay after her party. Why go out there? You will just get more BS. When does any of it change?
