I don´t like the manta rays anymore.

I often prefer the nature channels instead of the disgustung international and local news. Animals kill for food. Our species kills for money and power. But today I turned on the TV to a beautiful manta ray. They ARE beautiful. But ever since Steven Irwin was killed by a manta ray, I cannot stand them. If we think about that accident, it was mostly bad luck. But many of such accidents change our way of relating to not so terrible animals and even bugs. In my house there were roaches in a small store room. The room was small (it was under a stairway) and the roaches were few. But ever since then, I cannot stand them. And also because of my childhood, I don´t mind mice much. We did not have mice at home, but my father worked with white mice in the lab. He took us on Sundays to feed the beautiful white mice and I loved them. Do you have god and bad relations with animals that have to do with your childhood?

I do not like snakes and some bugs (I dislike roaches), but I like mice. The little mice are cute, the rats is another matter.

Mice are nice. I have never seen a rat where I live.

The pet rats are fun and can even be trained some tricks.

The only animal that really bothers me is those nasty bedbugs.

@wolfgirl569 I have heard that if you have bed bugs you have to change mattresses.

@marguicha I hadn't either until we got them a few years ago. They are nasty and very hard to get rid of. I still spray regularly to help prevent them again.

Thats kind of old but yeah, even the little ones deadly. They not like snakes either those barbs pack poison and shard small or big they can shoot that through your heart. I just tend to educate myself about them, wise choice would be leave them all alone unless they really need your help and even then be careful. In their eyes they think you about to murder them and most people do.

We don´t have snakes where I live. But we do have the brown recluse in many houses. As for mice, we don´t have many here. I have had one mice in my house twice in 60 years.

My childhood, we had crickets. I can't stand them. I also can't stand roaches. In my uncle's house where I live now has stink bugs which I can't stand. But I do love the wild rabbits I see here.

I don't really. I am probably in the minority as I hate rabbits but that's the wild rabbits that decimated so much farmland in our country. They ruined many a family.

I can't stand the mice and ants that get into the house. I don't remember any childhood encounters with animals other than my rabbit and some feral cats. Have a good week.
