Busy last weekend

I was unable to visit Mylot last weekend because I was quite busy. I went grocery shopping, worked on some tasks online, wrapped gifts, cleaned the house, and took my two dogs to the beach. It was nothing special—I tend to do the same things almost every day, haha.
Additionally, I wasn't feeling well last weekend, so I had to take some time to relax and use my red light therapy on a wound on my toe. I hope it will heal soon, as it is still painful. I got the wound when I had my toenails cleaned. I'm applying antibacterial ointment to help it heal and using red light therapy because I've heard it can speed up the healing process. Last night, I also applied some cold ice to it. Did you have a busy weekend?

The best thing you can do is try and stay off of it as much as you can. I hope it heals soon for you. Sometimes wounds just need time no matter what you do.

Yes, I hope so too. It is still painful, and if it does not heal, I will go to the doctor to have it checked.

They have always loved the beach, including my late dog, who passed away last year.

I bought it on the Orange app after learning about it from a friend who uses it for her skin condition and other issues. Since I often experience body aches, I decided to get one for myself as well. It helps to alleviate the pain, but of course, the effects are only temporary.
