We have heard tales of humans travelling legally and illegally to foreign lands to meet their love. Now the tigers are showing that they too can go miles for their love.
In Russia’ Sikhote -Alin mountains , scientists found two unrelated but orphaned Amur tiger cubs. They were named Boris and Svetlaya. After rescuing them as fragile infants and raising them for 18 months, they were released over 100 miles apart to promote their complete freedom. However, Boris had other plans.
Against all odds, Boris undertook an extraordinary 120-mile journey over a 3-year period to reunite with Svetlaya. Their touching reunion led to a new beginning as Svetlaya gave birth to a litter of cubs six months later.
Love and resilience are not just for humans but also for other species as well!

What a lovely reunion. Animals are indeed more sensitive than us.

Perhaps, the scientists also had them tagged, and followed what was happening to the cubs too. Animals can often outsmart the plans of scientists, who do not think widely enough about most things still. Scientist's plans are often limited, and limiting.
